Private Music Practice ($13/HR+HST)
Book our practice studio for your instrument—singing, piano, or others. Minimum 1-hour booking. An invoice will be provided on request. Limited availability for private sessions from 10 am to 4 pm or after 7 pm. Notify us a few hours in advance. No security deposit required, but fees for damages may apply.

Private Dance Practice ($25/HR+HST)
Book our spacious dance studio for private practices, available for individuals or pairs. Please note that not all dance styles are permitted. Email us your chosen style. Minimum booking time: 1 hour. Facilities and equipment are included. An invoice can be provided upon request. Private dance session bookings are available between 10 am-4 pm or after 7 pm, based on studio availability.
A $30 security deposit will be required for non-insured guests and refunded after your session if no damages occur.
Our studios are clean and safe for workouts. Bikkurim Studios is not responsible for injuries if you don’t have insurance. Security deposits are refundable if no damages are incurred.

Host Your Dance Social Events
Book our dance studio for your social dance events. Not all dance styles are allowed, so email us with your style choice.
Minimum booking is 2 hours. Facilities and equipment are included, and an invoice is available upon request. Availability is limited.
A $100 security deposit is required for non-insured guests, refundable if no damages occur.

Dance Studio Hall for Events, Concerts, & Recitals ($100/HR+HST)
Book our spacious dance hall for your artistic and work events, concerts, and recitals. Chairs and tables will be provided. Our recital hall can accommodate up to a 110 guest seatings.
Note that concert bookings are at a minimum of 3 hours.
Event and recitals are a minimum of 2 hours. Note also that a security deposit of $150 will be requested in case of damages, should you not have an insurance coverage.
Accessibility to facilities and equipments are included. An invoice will be provided upon request. -
Recital Hall for Events, Concerts, & Recitals ($120/HR+HST)
Book our beautiful recital hall for your artistic and work events, concerts, and recitals. Chairs and tables will be provided. Our recital hall can accommodate up to a 100+ guest seatings.
Note that concert bookings are at a minimum of 3 hours.
